Returns and Refunds

What happens if I receive an incorrect or defective garment?
Our exchange/refund policy lasts 7 days. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt if your item is incorrect or damaged. We will gladly replace or refund any product that is defective and cover the additional shipping costs. Please contact us at info@papinokids.com with a picture of the defective product to report any issues.

To be eligible for a return/refund on defective or incorrect items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we will not replace/refund a garment that is damaged due to negligence.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment being made and prior to the item being collected for delivery. Please note that cancellation of orders will attract a 15% charge for administration costs and refunds will be made within 7 working days.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, if the merchandise however is incorrect or defective, you will have the option to exchange this or apply for a refund.

Returns on non-defective garments
In the event that the item delivered is non-defective and you require an exchange, kindly ensure you email us within 7 days of the date it was delivered, please retain the product in its original packaging with labels attached, and do not wear the product at all. Please note, courier costs for the return will be for your own account. Our shipping fees are non-refundable on garments which are not defective. If you wish to return and item and request a refund within 7 days of delivery, the delivery charges will be deducted from the total amount returned to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Refunds may also take time to reflect on your bank statement.
